4.5 hsi77 reserves the right to refuse registration, close, or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where hsi77 reasonably suspects that a Member has violated these Terms, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
5.1 In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, hsi77 may require you to submit identity and address verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point where hsi77 deems verification necessary.

6.2 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. hsi77 will not accept deposits made by third parties. Any deposit originating from a third-party account will be returned and the sending Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of deposit. hsi77 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to any Account at its sole discretion.
6.4 Deposits are typically credited to your hsi77 Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. hsi77 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or the Indonesian banking infrastructure. If a deposit is not credited within 60 minutes, contact support via live chat.
6.5 hsi77 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge its own transaction fees, for which hsi77 accepts no responsibility.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name and matching the personal details verified on your hsi77 Account. hsi77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts; however, large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional manual review and may take up to 24 hours to process.
7.3 Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within 30 minutes for Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the next available window.
7.4 hsi77 reserves the right to conduct additional AML checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Where such checks are required, hsi77 will notify you and may request additional documentation. During the review period, the withdrawal will remain in a pending state.
7.5 Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as described in Section 8. Only real-money balance that has satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
7.6 hsi77 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. Any fees charged by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside hsi77's control and responsibility.

9.3 In the event of a technical error, system fault, or software malfunction that results in an incorrectly displayed price, odds, or game outcome, hsi77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, or to correct the result to reflect the actual fair outcome, at hsi77's reasonable discretion.

15.2 The amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. 16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body. The seat of arbitration, the number of arbitrators, and the procedural language shall be determined by hsi77 in its reasonable discretion. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 Nothing in this Section prevents hsi77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent fraud.
